Getting help with these types of problems. You should feel comfortable talking to your doctor about any of these symptoms you experience and can make plans together for a specific treatment.
In addition to Somatotropin Replacement Therapy, treatment may include considering psychotropic medication to help reduce depression or anxiety, or a type of counseling called cognitive behavior therapy in which the individual learns to change their feelings by reorganizing and reframing their dysfunctional thoughts.
Support groups have also been helpful to many people. Combinations of these treatments have been shown to work most effectively.
